Meet Dr. Francisco M. Colón
Switching Gears
Dr. Francisco Colón was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he lived until he left college in 2000. As a finance and accounting graduate of Villanova University, he quickly worked as an accounting associate for a big firm.
It was some time into this accounting career when his childhood debilitating migraine headaches came back. These episodes took him back to chiropractic care, something he had not resorted to for some time. As his condition improved, he remembered how chiropractic care was a “life-saver,” a staple of natural health care in his family when he was growing up.
Motivated by the fantastic results, he decided to change careers and enrolled in Life University. In his senior year, Francisco was selected to be part of a delegation of chiropractic students and doctors who help educate the world about chiropractic. In this function, he moved to Sichuan, China, and practiced chiropractic in a hospital.
Serving the Community
After graduating in early 2010, Dr. Francisco moved to Miami, where he practiced for three years in one of South Florida’s most successful chiropractic centers. He regularly provides care for a wide range of patients, from newborns to high-performance athletes, expecting moms to retired golfers. Still, his favorite patient is the everyday hero, YOU, the “weekend warrior” who truly makes the world go round.
Spare Time
As a dad, Dr. Francisco doesn’t have a lot of spare time! He loves golfing and fishing, as well as spending time with his family.
