Meet Dr. Javier Alvarez
Dr. Javier Alvarez Rodriguez grew up in Puerto Rico, a place he’ll be the first to tell you everyone needs to visit. Raised by hardworking parents who instilled strong values in him and his brothers, he came of age watching how lifestyle choices can have a profound effect on a person’s health and quality of life. That observation stayed with him, and it ultimately pointed him toward chiropractic.
He wanted to help people in a different way. Not through medication, but through hands-on care that gives the body the support it needs to function at its best.
He enrolled at Life University in Georgia, where a mentor during his student internship shaped the kind of chiropractor he would become. That professor taught him to be specific with every patient, and that principle guides his work to this day.

Care That Goes Beyond Pain Relief
When a new patient walks through the door, Dr. Javier’s goal is straightforward: make them feel welcomed, heard, and confident that someone is genuinely in their corner. Many of his patients have felt unheard elsewhere, and he is passionate about providing a different experience.
Dr. Javier’s vision of health extends well beyond pain management. He wants his patients to enjoy their walks with their dogs, play with their kids or grandchildren, compete and perform at their highest level, and travel without limitation. That kind of full, active life is what motivates him every day.
Certifications and Expertise
Dr. Javier is certified in Activator Methods, which allows him to offer gentle, instrument-assisted adjustments for patients who may not be candidates for manual techniques.
He also has extensive experience working with athletes across a wide range of sports, from golf to Ironman triathlons, helping them stay at peak performance.
Outside the Office
When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find Dr. Javier at the beach, out for a run, playing fútbol, or spending time with his dog. He stays closely connected to his family in Puerto Rico, and he loves any chance to convince people to make the trip.
