Meet Dr. Marco Ramirez

Clinic Director
Dr. Marco Ramirez knows firsthand what it feels like to be in pain, unsure of the next step, and close to giving up on conservative care. After a serious car accident in his younger years, traditional treatment wasn’t moving the needle and an invasive procedure was on the table. Chiropractic care changed that trajectory completely, helping him regain full function and, in the process, showing him exactly what he wanted to do with his career.
That experience is the foundation of everything he brings to Midtown Clinic of Chiropractic.
Dr. Ramirez’s path to chiropractic came with a strong academic foundation. He holds a degree in Exercise Science and Physiology with a focus on strength and conditioning, which he weaves into his clinical approach. He went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where seeing the impact of well-applied conservative care reinforced what he had always believed: “You don’t always need surgery or injections to get real results. You just need the right approach.”
His Approach to Care
Patients who meet Dr. Ramirez for the first time tend to notice something quickly: he listens. He takes the time to understand what’s going on, explains things in plain language, and stays focused on the root cause rather than just the surface-level complaint. His results-driven, evidence-based approach combines chiropractic adjustments with movement and rehabilitation strategies, and his background in exercise science shapes how he thinks about the body at every stage of care.
“Helping people get back to doing what they love without relying on medications or invasive procedures” is what drives him most. Watching someone walk in frustrated or limited by pain and leave moving better and feeling confident again is, as he puts it, the most rewarding part of the work.
He’s especially passionate about helping patients avoid unnecessary procedures and showing them what their bodies are capable of with the right guidance.
The Bigger Picture
Early in his career, Dr. Ramirez was focused primarily on getting patients out of pain. Over time, his perspective has broadened. Now he thinks about movement, performance, and long-term function after the immediate problem resolves.
He wants patients to do more than just feel better in the moment. Dr. Ramirez wants them to perform at a high level, stay active long-term, and avoid future setbacks.
Beyond the Practice Walls
When he’s not with patients, you’re likely to find Dr. Ramirez in the gym, spending time with friends and family, or creating music. He’s an aspiring DJ and producer with a deep passion for electronic music, working toward performing at major festivals like Coachella, Ultra, and EDC.
He’s also close with his family and makes it a priority to spend time with them, including his three nephews and one niece who, he’ll tell you, keep things fun and grounded.
